• Operational Support / Support: This includes User-Helpdesk assistance for software malfunctions and application-related questions, support for software errors, and the provision of new program versions such as patches, updates, upgrades, new releases, and hotfixes.
• Consulting: The contractor will provide consulting services, especially in the context of the deprecation of the currently used Datacenter license. This involves identifying, evaluating, and preparing relevant options, assessing potential successor solutions and license models, evaluating technical, organizational, economic, data protection, and security-related impacts, supporting the planning and execution of migration measures, evaluating risks and efforts of transitional or migration operations, and assisting with the creation of roadmaps or migration concepts.
• Training and Instruction: This covers training and instruction related to the usage or installation of the software.

The services are to be delivered through various methods, including remote support via telephone conference, Cisco Webex, or BDBOS Meeting Platform, and on-site at the client's location. The estimated total volume for these services over the entire contract period is up to 100 person-days, with an approximate breakdown of 60 hours for operational support/support, 30 hours for consulting, and 10 hours for training and instruction.
