The contract start date is the day it is signed by both parties, which is preliminarily set for the first half of October 2026.
The initial contract duration is two (2) years from the date of signing. The client has the unilateral right to extend the contract by one (1) year at a time for up to six (6) additional years. This makes the total maximum contract duration eight (8) years. The contract automatically ceases at the end of this maximum period.

- Contract Signing: Preliminarily scheduled for the first half of October 2026.
- Implementation Phase: This phase spans from the contract signing until the "Approved Operation Start" (Godkänd driftstart).
- Approved Operation Start (Godkänd driftstart): This must occur no later than the later of (a) January 1, 2027, and (b) two (2) months after the contract signing. If the Approved Operation Start has not occurred within six (6) months after the contract signing, the client reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately.
- Fixed-price period: Prices are fixed for 18 months, calculated from the Approved Operation Start.
