TENDER DESCRIPTION

Replacement procurement of a truck for the municipal public works department of the city of Bad Münstereifel. 1. General: The contract award includes vehicle construction with all necessary adaptations for the required municipal technology for the existing winter service equipment. It also includes the delivery, handover, and commissioning of a new or demonstration truck with less than 200 operating hours to replace the current used truck. Currently, the public works department has a truck from the manufacturer Mercedes-Benz, model Axor 1833 AK, equipped with municipal technology and a Hiab Hidou 111 BS-2 crane (maximum outreach: 7.40 m), year of manufacture 2013. It is essential that the new vehicle be offered fully roadworthy and compliant with standards. The overall dimensions should be very similar to the current vehicle. It should be considered that previously municipal service vehicles could be upgraded in permissible weight, so the previous vehicle with an allowable total weight of 18 tons was approved for 21 tons.
