TENDER DESCRIPTION
After cleaning out and asbestos removal of the building as part of a separate prior works contract, the former Regional Directorate will undergo a rehabilitation of its interior spaces to create office premises dedicated to SNCF's internal activities. These spaces will partially accommodate the SNCF entities relocated from the Abeilles plateau as part of the LNPCA project (SUGE, TGV, ABE). A new access to the forecourt of the bus station will be created to allow the reception of staff in compliance with safety regulations. The project aims to revitalize the building through deep thermal rehabilitation and overall technical compliance. This approach seeks to reintegrate the building within the station's capable spaces, in order to host employees and activities necessary for railway operations. Approximately 10,000 m2 of floor area will be rehabilitated.
