L'objecte d'aquest contracte consisteix en la implantació i el manteniment d’un software integral per la gestió de la prevenció de riscos laboral i coordinació d’activitats empresarials, amb la finalitat de digitalitzar, gestionar de forma eficient i optimitzar al màxim les tasques administratives del departament de riscos laborals, realització de la coordinació d’activitats empresarials, la centralització de la informació i la documentació, la integració de sistemes preventius de l’empresa, l’estanderització, digitalització dels informes tècnics i seguiment de l’activitat preventiva, de forma que garanteixi l’accessibilitat al servei durant tota la duració del contracte, amb absoluta confidencialitat en el ús de dades personals a les que pugui accedir en la prestació objecte de la licitació.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract consists in the implementation and maintenance of an integrated software system for the management of the prevention of occupational risk and the coordination of business activities, with the aim of digitising, managing efficiently and optimising to the maximum the administrative tasks of the occupational risk department, carrying out the coordination of business activities, centralising information and documentation, integrating the company’s prevention systems, standardising, digitising technical reports and monitoring preventive activity, in such a way as to ensure access to the service throughout the entire duration of the contract, with absolute confidentiality regarding the use of personal data to which it may gain access in the performance that is the subject of this tender.
