L’objecte d’aquest contracte de serveis és el desenvolupament informàtic i l’adaptació del mòdul de gestió de compres integrat en l’entorn SAGE200, que permeti gestionar tot el circuit de compres de l’organització —des de la proposta i autorització de comandes fins a la recepció i tramitació de les factures corresponents—, assegurant la seva traçabilitat i integració amb els sistemes de gestió econòmica existents. El contracte inclou igualment la incorporació i configuració d’un gestor documental connectat, que permeti l’arxiu, consulta, circuït de signatures i vinculació automàtica de la documentació generada en els diferents processos de compres, garantint-ne la seguretat i l’accessibilitat; així com el seu manteniment i suport.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this services contract is the IT development and adaptation of the procurement management module integrated in the SAGE200 environment, which makes it possible to manage the entire procurement workflow of the organisation — from the proposal and authorisation of purchase orders through to the receipt and processing of the corresponding invoices — ensuring its traceability and integration with the existing economic management systems. The contract also includes the incorporation and configuration of a connected document management system, which enables filing, consultation, a signature workflow and the automatic linking of the documentation generated in the different procurement processes, guaranteeing its security and accessibility; as well as its maintenance and support.
