L’objecte d’aquest contracte el constitueix el servei de producció global i realització del parc de Nadal «Saló Infantil Adrilàndia» pels anys 2027-28. Donat que les dates de realització del saló són els dies 3 i 4 de gener es fa necessari que l’organització de l’activitat es desenvolupi durant l’any anterior a l’edició. Així doncs parlarem dels anys 2026, 2027 i 2028 (edicions de 2027 i de 2028 respectivament) La prestació del servei ha de consistir en la producció tècnica i logística total i necessària de tots els actes unitaris i tasques per a organitzar i desenvolupar el parc de nadal de forma integral i, per tant, incloent no només les activitats de lleure infantil i juvenil, jocs i tallers sinó també tot el personal tècnic de gestió de les activitats, coordinació d’espais i de materials i del projecte en general , així com al subministrament de materials i infraestructures diverses (tanques, cadires, carpes, inflables, circuits de joc, senyalitzacions, etc.) i tota la logística que calgui proporcionar per a la realització de l’activitat i que es relaciona al plec, així com la contractació d’activitats que es determinin des del servei d’Infància i Joventut municipal.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is the overall production service and the implementation of the Christmas Park “Saló Infantil Adrilàndia” for the years 2027-28. Since the event dates are 3 and 4 January, it is necessary for the organisation of the activity to take place during the year prior to the edition. Accordingly, we will discuss the years 2026, 2027 and 2028 (the 2027 and 2028 editions, respectively).
