L'objecte d'aquest contracte és la gestiói explotació en règim de concessió de serveis, del bar situat a les instal·lacions de l'Auditori Teatre municipal de Calldetenes, d'acord amb les condicions i prescripcions tècniques establertes en aquests plecs. La concessió comprèn tant l'ús de l'espai físic com l'organització i prestació del servei de restauració i cafeteria, amb la finalitat de garantir una oferta de qualitat als usuaris de l'equipament municipal. El concessionari haurà de prestar el servei sota la seva responsabilitat, aportant els mitjans personals i materials necessaris per a la seva correcta execució.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the management and operation, under a services concession regime, of the bar located on the premises of the municipal theatre auditorium in Calldetenes, in accordance with the conditions and technical specifications established in these tender documents. The concession includes both the use of the physical space and the organization and provision of the catering and cafeteria service, with the aim of guaranteeing a quality offering to users of the municipal facility. The concessionaire shall provide the service under its own responsibility, supplying the personal and material resources necessary for its proper execution.
