TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is the provision of audit services in relation to the proper allocation of the powers received, compliance with current legislation, particularly with regard to contracting, and the technical and financial management of the facilities, in accordance with the terms established in the collaboration agreements between the Catalan Water Agency and entities considered as Local Water Entities (ELA). The audit will be carried out on the different closed financial years of the ELA agreements. The agreements have a duration of four years
