L'objecte d'aquest contracte és la prestació d'un servei integral de suport tècnic, gestió i manteniment de les plataformes, la infraestructura digital i el personal de la Fundació i2CAT. Aquest servei, categoritzat en tres nivells d'especialització (Agent Helpdesk, Administrador/Tècnic de Sistemes i Enginyer de Xarxes), abasta l'administració de xarxes locals i sense fils, l'operació d'entorns Cloud privats i públics, la gestió de sistemes d'autenticació i eines corporatives, així com el suport específic a infraestructures de projectes de recerca i desenvolupament.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the provision of an integrated technical support, management and maintenance service for the platforms, the digital infrastructure and the staff of the i2CAT Foundation. This service, categorized into three levels of specialization (Helpdesk Agent, Systems Administrator/Technician and Network Engineer), includes the administration of local and wireless networks, the operation of private and public Cloud environments, the management of authentication systems and corporate tools, as well as specific support for the infrastructure of research and development projects.
