TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the development of an urban park, for which it is necessary to contract the execution of the works and the services of the Project Management Office consisting of the Construction Management (site execution) and the Safety and Health Coordination during the execution phase. The construction management service is contracted jointly with the Project Drafting service, as stated in the files GCON2023000095 and GCON2026000024. The works will be carried out on a municipal plot intended for an Urban parks and gardens system (qualification 3) on consolidated urban land, located in Action Unit 1 “Torre del Botafoc”, between the Riera de la Bisbal, Rasa d’en Solà street, Torrent del Cullaré, Isabelins street, Avinguda Baix Penedès and a system of facilities and utilities where two school buildings are located. The land is divided into two cadastral plots and includes part of the road system (key 1) within it. The cadastral references of the plots are 6648006CF7664H0001SJ and 6848402CF7664N0001XW.
