L’objecte d'aquest Plec de Clàusules Administratives Particulars és la regulació del procediment mitjançant procediment obert simplificat sumari per a l'adjudicació, per part de la societat privada municipal SPM Viladecans Mediterrània, S.L., (en endavant VIMED) del contracte d’obres consistent en l’execució de les obres contingudes en el “Projecte bàsic i d’execució de la ventilació del Mercat Plaça Europa de Viladecans”, consistents bàsicament en la instal·lació de cinc ventiladors industrials de sostre per a millorar el confort tèrmic en el mercat.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of these Specific Administrative Clauses is to regulate the procedure through a simplified open summary procedure for the awarding, by the municipal private company SPM Viladecans Mediterrània, S.L., (hereinafter VIMED) of the contract for works consisting of the execution of the works contained in the “Basic and executive project for the ventilation of the Mercat Plaça Europa de Viladecans”, basically consisting of the installation of five industrial ceiling fans to improve thermal comfort in the market.
