L’objecte d’aquesta licitació és la prestació del Servei de mediació comunitària de l’Alt Penedès per a tots els municipis de la comarca excepte Vilafranca del Penedès. Aquest servei de mediació és una eina de resolució pacífica dels conflictes, com una via extrajudicial de resolució de conflictes. Els treballs a realitzar queden detallats en el plec de prescripcions tècniques (PPTP), i s’afegiran les que hagi ofert l’adjudicatari a la seva proposta de licitació, sempre d’acord amb la legislació que sigui d’aplicació. En el mencionat PPTP s’hi exposen, també, les condicions i les especificacions de les principals prestacions a realitzar.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this tender is the provision of the Community Mediation Service for Alt Penedès for all municipalities in the county, except Vilafranca del Penedès. This mediation service is a tool for the peaceful resolution of disputes, as an out-of-court dispute resolution route. The work to be carried out is detailed in the technical specification document (PPTP), and those offered by the successful tenderer in its tender proposal will be added, always in accordance with the legislation applicable. The aforementioned PPTP also sets out the conditions and the specifications of the main services to be provided.
