The contract timeline indicates that the Framework Agreement has a maximum total duration of 4 years, including any extensions, starting from its entry into force, as stipulated by article 219.2 of the LCSP. The duration of individual contracts based on this Framework Agreement will correspond to the total delivery period established for each order, in accordance with the terms set in the Technical Specifications. The maximum delivery period and any total or partial terms are those specified in the characteristics table and the approved work program, with all terms beginning on the day stipulated in the contract.

The core scope of work for this tender is the supply of surgical covering material for the surgical block of the Consorci Sanitari de l'Anoia.

The Statement of Work summary involves selecting companies that will supply specific products and/or lots of these materials, as detailed in the characteristics table and technical specifications document. It also includes establishing the procedural and execution conditions for this supply.

Core deliverables include various types of surgical drapes and coverings, such as:

• Fenestrated surgical drapes with bags, including specifications for material, size, fluid collection bag capacity, fenestration size, and components for RTU (transurethral resection) procedures.
• Surgical drapes with oval or round adhesive windows, small and large surgical drapes, Stockinette, and surgical drapes with adhesive.

A key requirement is the delivery of samples of consumables, as specified in Annex 2 PPT Albarà de mostres. Invoicing will be done monthly based on consumable orders generated post-delivery.
