TENDER DESCRIPTION
The object of the contract consists of the provision of maintenance, conservation, prevention, and repair works of public riverbeds in urban sections and, when strictly necessary, in non-urban sections to guarantee the hydraulic and geomorphological coherence of the actions, with the aim of maintaining drainage capacity and contributing to the reduction of flood risk. The actions include, among others, the removal of vegetation with poor hydraulic behavior, the control and eradication of invasive species, the removal of sediments and drifts, environmental restoration works, as well as technical monitoring tasks and subsequent consolidation of the interventions carried out. The services are configured as maintenance and environmental and hydraulic management actions of a repeated and functional nature, without implying a structural transformation of the land typical of a works contract. Consequently, the contract is classified as a service contract, in accordance with articles 17 and 308 et seq. of the LCSP.
