TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the provision of professional services consisting of legal advice, legal representation and specialised legal defence in matters corresponding to the administrative and tax sphere by duly qualified legal professionals, including both counsel’s representation and procedural representation, in accordance with what is set out in this tender document and in the technical specifications document (PPT), except in those cases where, due to the technical complexity and the seriousness of the matter, the City Council’s technical services consider it necessary to have more specialised knowledge in the subject matter.
