L’objecte del contracte és la prestació del servei d’auxiliars de control per a l’obertura extraordinària de les biblioteques de la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) els caps de setmana, festius i dies de tancament per estalvi energètic en períodes d'exàmens d’acord amb el calendari acadèmic de cada centre. La finalitat del contracte és garantir un accés segur i ordenat als espais d’estudi mitjançant el control d’accessos, el suport operatiu i la vigilància bàsica en tots els espais de les biblioteques durant tot l’horari d’obertura, d’acord amb els protocols establerts pel Servei de Biblioteques, Publicacions i Arxius i pel Servei de Vigilància i Seguretat de la UPC.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the provision of the control assistants service for the extraordinary opening of the libraries of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) on weekends, public holidays and closure days for energy saving during examination periods in accordance with the academic calendar of each centre. The aim of the contract is to ensure a safe and orderly access to study spaces by means of access control, operational support and basic surveillance in all library spaces throughout opening hours, in accordance with the protocols established by the Library, Publications and Archives Service and by the UPC Surveillance and Security Service.
