L’objecte del contracte és la prestació del servei d’organització, producció, gestió i execució de l’esdeveniment lúdic “Survival Zombie 2026”, a desenvolupar al municipi de Sant Andreu de la Barca durant la nit del 31 d’octubre a l’1 de novembre de 2026. L’activitat es configura com un espectacle lúdic immersiu, nocturn i itinerant, en format de gimcana urbana teatralitzada, en què les persones participants segueixen una trama narrativa, superen proves i interactuen amb actors i actrius caracteritzats en diversos espais del nucli urbà. L’execució de l’objecte del contracte s’adequarà al que consta en el plec de prescripcions tècniques (PPT).

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the provision of the service for the organisation, production, management and execution of the leisure event “Survival Zombie 2026”, to be developed in the municipality of Sant Andreu de la Barca during the night of 31 October to 1 November 2026. The activity is configured as an immersive, nocturnal and itinerant leisure show, in the form of an urban theatricalised scavenger hunt (gimcana), in which participating people follow a narrative plot, complete challenges and interact with actors and actresses characterised in different spaces within the urban area. The execution of the contract’s purpose shall be carried out in accordance with what is stated in the technical specifications document (PPT).
