L’objecte del contracte és la prestació del servei integral de manteniment preventiu, correctiu i evolutiu de la Plataforma Girona Cultura. Aquest servei inclou totes les tasques necessàries per garantir el correcte funcionament, la seguretat, l’estabilitat i l’actualització tecnològica del sistema, així com la realització dels treballs evolutius derivats de la incorporació de noves funcionalitats, millores o adaptacions, d’acord amb els procediments, classificacions i requisits tècnics detallats al Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance service, including preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, for the Plataforma Girona Cultura. This service includes all tasks necessary to ensure the proper operation, security, stability and technological updating of the system, as well as carrying out evolutionary work resulting from the incorporation of new functionalities, improvements or adaptations, in accordance with the procedures, classifications and technical requirements detailed in the Technical Specifications Document (Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques).
