L’objecte del contracte és l’execució de les obres compreses en el “Projecte de construcció del Mirador elevat a l’Estany de Sils i desmantellament de l’existent ”, aprovat inicialment, per la Junta de Govern Local en data 4 de maig de 2026, publicant-se en el Butlletí Oficial de la Província de Girona núm. 89 de data 12 de maig de 2026, als efectes de presentació de reclamacions i al·legacions pel termini de 30 dies i aprovant-se definitivament, per la Junta de Govern Local, en seva aprovar definitivament l’esmentat projecte i publicant -se en el Butlletí Oficial de la Província de Girona núm. 133 de data 14 de juliol de 2026.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the execution of the works included in the “Construction project for the elevated viewpoint over the Estany de Sils and dismantling of the existing one”, initially approved by the Local Government Board on 4 May 2026, to be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 89 dated 12 May 2026, for the purposes of submitting objections and allegations for a period of 30 days, and to be definitively approved by the Local Government Board; the Local Government Board, at the time of definitively approving the aforementioned project, shall publish it in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 133 dated 14 July 2026.
