L’objecte del contracte és l’execució de les obres definides en el «Projecte d’enderroc de sis edificacions i construccions auxiliars a Can Camps de Fogars de la Selva», redactat per l’arquitecte Josep Manel Mosquera Caballeria i aprovat per la Junta de Govern Local en el 21 d’agost de 2026. L’actuació comprèn, en els termes i amb l’abast definits al projecte aprovat, les actuacions prèvies, la desconnexió de serveis, la retirada de materials amb contingut d’amiant, l’enderroc de les edificacions i construccions auxiliars, la càrrega, segregació, transport i gestió dels residus, la neteja de les parcel·les i el reperfilat, regularització i restauració final dels terrenys afectats.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the execution of the works defined in the “Project for the demolition of six buildings and auxiliary structures at Can Camps de Fogars de la Selva”, drafted by the architect Josep Manel Mosquera Caballeria and approved by the Local Government Board on 21 August 2026. The activity comprises, in the terms and scope defined in the approved project, the preliminary works, the disconnection of services, the removal of materials containing asbestos, the demolition of the buildings and auxiliary structures, the loading, sorting, transport and management of waste, the cleaning of the plots and the regrading, regularisation and final restoration of the affected land.
