L’objecte del contracte que es proposa efectuar consisteix en la implantació i el manteniment d’un sistema de localització georeferenciada (geoposicionament), per a la gestió i supervisió de les unitats mòbils de l’Ajuntament de Sant Feliu de Llobregat. La descripció detallada de les característiques tècniques, funcionals i operatives del sistema es troba recollida al Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques. El present contracte està cofinançat per la Unió Europea a través del Fons Europeu de Desenvolupament Regional (FEDER), en el marc del Programa Pluriregional d'Espanya 2021-2027 dins de l'Estratègia de Desenvolupament Integrat Local (Pla EDIL), d'acord amb el Reglament (UE) 2021/1060. En conseqüència, l'empresa adjudicatària i les empreses subcontractistes que participin en l'execució hauran de complir les obligacions derivades d'aquest finançament, en particular les relatives a publicitat i visibilitat, conservació de documentació i auditabilitat. El present contracte es troba recollit al Pla anual de contractació de l'Ajuntament de Sant Feliu de Llobregat per a l'exercici 2026.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract proposed consists in the implementation and maintenance of a georeferenced location system (geopositioning) for the management and monitoring of the mobile units of the Ajuntament de Sant Feliu de Llobregat. The detailed description of the technical, functional and operational characteristics of the system is set out in the Technical Specifications Document. This contract is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), under the Multi-regional Programme for Spain 2021-2027 within the Local Integrated Development Strategy (EDIL Plan), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/1060. Consequently, the awarded company and the subcontracting companies that participate in performance shall have to comply with the obligations arising from this funding, in particular those relating to publicity and visibility, retention of documentation and auditability.
