L’objecte del és l’ampliació de la capacitat VSAN, concretament en el subministrament de components d’emmagatzematge i memòria per a l’ampliació de la infraestructura VMware vSAN dels servidors Dell PowerEdge XC750 que formen part del clúster de virtualització de l’organització, amb l’objectiu de: - Incrementar la capacitat d’emmagatzematge disponible de la plataforma VMware vSAN. - Augmentar la capacitat de memòria RAM dels hosts per donar resposta al creixement de les càrregues de treball virtualitzades garantint la compatibilitat amb l’arquitectura existent i amb els requisits de VMware vSAN ESA. El subministrament inclou discos NVMe Enterprise Mixed Use certificats per Dell Technologies i compatibles amb VMware vSAN, així com mòduls de memòria DDR4 RDIMM homologats pel fabricant per a la seva instal·lació als servidors existents

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is the expansion of VSAN capacity, specifically the supply of storage and memory components for the expansion of the VMware vSAN infrastructure of the Dell PowerEdge XC750 servers that form part of the organisation’s virtualization cluster, with the aim of: - Increasing the available storage capacity of the VMware vSAN platform. - Increasing the RAM memory capacity of the hosts to meet the growth of virtualized workload demands, ensuring compatibility with the existing architecture and with the requirements of VMware vSAN ESA. The supply includes NVMe Enterprise Mixed Use drives certified by Dell Technologies and compatible with VMware vSAN, as well as DDR4 RDIMM memory modules approved by the manufacturer for installation in the existing servers
