L’objecte del present contracte és la substitució, modalitat claus en mà, d’un ascensor existent actualment a l’edifici seu de l’ICGC al Parc de Montjuïc de la ciutat de Barcelona, entenent com a tal la redacció del projecte i de l’estudi de seguretat, la direcció facultativa, la realització de tots els tràmits necessaris o pertinents i l’execució de les obres de substitució de l’aparell elevador, d’acord amb l’establert en el plec de prescripcions tècniques.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The object of this contract is the replacement, turnkey mode, of an existing elevator in the ICGC headquarters building at Parc de Montjuïc in the city of Barcelona, understood as including the drafting of the project and the safety study, the project management, carrying out all necessary or relevant procedures, and the execution of the replacement works of the lifting equipment, in accordance with the provisions set out in the technical specifications document.
