L’objecte del present contracte són les obres relatives al projecte bàsic i d’execució de renovació de les cobertes de l’escola Camí del Cros de Mataró (fase 6). La intervenció correspon a la realització de treballs de substitució de l’aïllament i la xapa metàl·lica de les cobertes dels mòduls 2 i 3 de l’escola Camí del Cros i la renovació de la canal de l’eix principal. Aquesta substitució busca una millora en l’eficiència energètica i de la impermeabilització.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the works relating to the basic and execution project for the renewal of the roof coverings of the Camí del Cros school in Mataró (phase 6). The intervention consists of carrying out replacement work for the insulation and the metal cladding of the roof coverings of modules 2 and 3 of the Camí del Cros school, and renewing the gutter of the main axis. This replacement seeks to improve energy efficiency and waterproofing.
