L’objecte del present procediment és la contractació del servei de manteniment i suport per a l’ecosistema del sistema Dalet de la XAL per un període de 3 anys. La contractació inclou la transició al model de subscripció dictat pel fabricant, que s’alinea amb el model operatiu SaaS de Dalet. El contingut que es produeix de programació de ràdio que genera la XAL es treballa actualment amb la plataforma Dalet Galaxy. Sent un equipament de programari crític de cara a la nostra emissió i flux de treball diari, es fa necessària la contractació de la renovació del servei de suport, actualització i manteniment de la plataforma Dalet.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this procurement procedure is the contracting of maintenance and support services for the XAL Dalet system ecosystem for a period of 3 years. The contract includes the transition to the subscription model set by the manufacturer, which aligns with Dalet’s SaaS operating model. The radio programming content produced by XAL is currently worked on using the Dalet Galaxy platform. As it is a critical software asset for our broadcast and daily workflow, it is necessary to contract the renewal of the support, update and maintenance service for the Dalet platform.
