The framework agreement is for an initial period of 12 months, commencing from the date of contract notification. It can be tacitly renewed for 3 additional periods, with each renewal lasting 12 months. The maximum total duration of the contract, including all periods, is 48 months.

Key milestones and phases include:

• An initial contract period of 12 months.
• Up to 3 renewal periods, each lasting 12 months.
• For specific services, deadlines are set upon notification of an order:
• Availability of self-scrubbers: 15 calendar days from the notification of the order to the holder.
• In-depth technical training (lot n°2): 15 calendar days from the notification of the order to the holder.

• Autonomy of auto-scrubbers: superior or equal to 3 hours minimum (for most machines)
• Autonomy of auto-scrubbers: superior or equal to 2 hours minimum (for machines cleaning surfaces > 2000m²/day)
• Noise level of equipment: less than 80 dB(A)
• Aspiration power: minimum 240 W
• Brush pressure: between 10 and 40kg
• Brush rotation speed: greater than or equal to 100 revolutions/minute minimum
• Maneuverability: with reverse gear
• Eco-responsible characteristics (e.g., waste bin, reduced water consumption)
• Automatic product dilution (for machines used in swimming pools)
