TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of its missions to protect the forest against fires and to fight fires in buildings that are difficult to access, SDIS 73 wishes to include in its operational system the use of one or more water bomber helicopters (HBE). This contract concerns the rental of one or more helicopters with pilot + flight assistant capable of primarily performing the following missions: - Aerial firefighting against forest and natural area fires (FDFEN), - Fighting fires in buildings that are difficult to access, - Transport of personnel and equipment, - Training and instruction.
