TENDER DESCRIPTION
Within the framework of its missions to protect the forest against fire and to combat fires in buildings that are difficult to access, SDIS 73 wishes to integrate into its operational system the deployment of one or more water-bombing helicopters (HBE). This contract is for the rental of one or more helicopters with pilot + flight assistant capable of primarily performing the following missions: - Aerial firefighting against forest and natural area fires (FDFEN), - Fighting fires in buildings that are difficult to access, - Transport of personnel and equipment, - Training and instruction.
