TENDER DESCRIPTION
The final vehicle will be delivered by the contractor no later than 31 December 2026 or, if the contract is awarded after this date, the day after the date of its award, at the time previously agreed with the City of Nantes. In the event that it is not possible, for technical reasons (in particular manufacturing lead times for the vehicle and/or the fitting out of the refrigerated compartments), to deliver the final vehicle on 31 December 2026 or, if the contract is awarded after this date, the day after the date of its award, the contractor will be required to make available a replacement vehicle pending delivery of the final vehicle. In any event, the delivery date of the final vehicle may not be later than 31 August 2027.
