The definitive vehicle will be delivered by the contractor no later than 31 December 2026, or, if the contract is awarded after that date, the day following the date of its notification, at a time previously agreed with the City of Nantes. In the event that it is impossible, for technical reasons (in particular, vehicle manufacturing lead times and/or fitting out of the crates), to deliver the definitive vehicle by 31 December 2026 or, if the contract is awarded after that date, the day following the date of its notification, the contractor shall be required to make a replacement vehicle available, pending final delivery. In any event, the delivery date of the definitive vehicle may not be later than 31 August 2027.
