TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services covered by this contract concern the rental and maintenance of the items listed on the price schedules (professional clothing and hotel linen) for the 4 EHPADs managed by the CCAS of Lyon and include the following operations: - The supply of items conforming to the presented samples, - The rental of flat linen and work outfits - The provision of an initial stock equivalent to approximately 2.5 rotations - Delivery and collection, including delivery within 24 hours in case of missing quantities - Provision of all necessary equipment for prior packaging for transport and transportation. - Sorting of linen on the contractor's premises - Washing, maintenance, cleaning, treatment, disinfection of contaminated linen, drying, ironing, folding - Packaging and packing - Traceability of items The marking as defined in the CCTP - Replacement of worn linen - Replacement of linen with persistent, residual stains or significant wear - Mending of professional outfits (buttons, snaps, zippers, hems, pockets, snags, etc.) and flat linen. - Return of non-conformities (e.g. residents' clothing, equipment, ...) - Assistance with the implementation of the services The services covered by…
