TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to ensure the delivery of foodstuffs and prepared meals from its central kitchen to various sites located within the municipality, the City of Franconville-la-Garenne is launching a contract for the rental and maintenance of three refrigerated vehicles for municipal catering. The contract covers the driverless rental of 3 used refrigerated vehicles with up to 30,000 km on the odometer or new vehicles. The services include all-risks insurance 7/7 days – 24/24 hours, required inspections and scheduled maintenance, maintenance and assistance, replacement of the vehicle where applicable, with a monthly flat rate of 1,200 kilometres for each vehicle, maintenance and assistance of the refrigerated compartments. The vehicles will comply with the regulations in force on the date of delivery and will meet French and European standards.
