Location et mise à disposition de réfrigérateurs connectés pour la restauration collective des agents du Département du Val-de-Marne

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the rental, provision, daily restocking as well as the maintenance of connected refrigerators with a payment system, accessible via a mobile application or a professional card equipped with MIFARE technology, intended for the collective catering of agents of the Val-de-Marne Department. This service constitutes a complementary catering offer to the 4 administrative restaurants available to departmental staff. To date, departmental agents have access to six connected refrigerators distributed over two central sites located in Créteil: the Solidarités building and the Departmental Hotel. The services notably include: - supply and installation of equipment; - food supply; - stock and best before date management; - preventive and corrective maintenance; - management of digital tools and payment methods; - reporting and activity monitoring services; - communication and animation actions with agents. Within the framework of the evaluation of offers, a product tasting is organized on Thursday, September 3rd at 12 p.m. (see article 6 of the RC).
