TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the rental-maintenance of water dispensers connected to the mains network, as well as the purchase of cups for the municipal services of the City and the Centre Communal d’Action Sociale of Levallois (CCAS). The City of Levallois organizes this procedure as the coordinator of the purchasing group formed with the Centre Communal d’Action Sociale of Levallois. This contract is subject to the Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique), a document referred to in all the consultation documents as “the Code”. Classified as a supplies contract, it is subject to the provisions of the General Administrative Clauses for supplies contracts for current supplies and services, approved by the Order of 30 March 2021. It is awarded according to the open invitation to tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. This is a framework purchase-order contract (marché à bons de commande), subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1, R.2162-1 to R.216-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Code.
