TENDER DESCRIPTION

The National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu) intends to conclude a single framework agreement with a single contractor for the supply of sample containers and associated logistics services for water, groundwater and soil moisture samples at agricultural holdings throughout the Netherlands. The assignment includes, among other things, inventory management, handling, labelling, order picking, delivery of materials and both refrigerated and non-refrigerated transport of sample containers between sampling sites and the RIVM. The framework agreement has an initial term of two years, with three optional extensions of one year each (maximum five years). The estimated value is approximately € 950,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum contract value of € 1,400,000 excluding VAT.
