TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Centre Pompidou-Metz is organising an exhibition entitled "Calder on Stage", which will be presented in Gallery 1 from 10 April to 15 November 2027 (indicative dates). Within this context, this contract covers the services for packing, outbound transport and return transport, unpacking and repacking the works of art loaned to the Centre Pompidou-Metz for the exhibition, as well as the services for hanging, removal and storage of the crates and empty packaging throughout the duration of the exhibition and the re-delivery of the latter during any rotations and at the closure of the exhibition. Where applicable, the service provider may also be required to store works of art in premises meeting museum standards and intended for this purpose.
