TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality is responsible for conducting wage value measurements for residents of The Hague (employees) who belong to the potentially work-disabled target group. Based on the wage value measurement, the amount of wage cost subsidy is calculated. This compensates the employer for the loss in work performance and enables them to contribute to an inclusive labor market and a sustainable employment relationship. The execution and allocation of wage value measurements is carried out by the Social Affairs and Employment Department within the Den Haag Werkt division. The Municipality of The Hague is looking for one external partner who, as a flexible layer around the municipality's permanent wage value experts, is capable of performing approximately 1170 high-quality wage value measurements annually with certified and wage value register-registered wage value experts.
