TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to capacity reasons, an extension building is required at the above-mentioned special needs school with a focus on intellectual development. For this purpose, the existing school building is to be extended to include the special educational focus on physical and motor development (KmE), as well as additional classrooms, a canteen and an administrative area. An undeveloped plot on the school premises is available for implementing the measure. The building site is located on a hillside and borders on the August-Vilmar-Straße to the north. The measure must be carried out during ongoing school operations. This requires specific measures for site set-up as well as its provision/servicing. An initial design/preliminary feasibility study for the extension building is already available, including a space concept coordinated with the users. The central location of the building site with limited space conditions requires detailed site logistics, which must not affect ongoing school operations.
