TENDER DESCRIPTION

Engadin Power Stations AG (EKW) operates the Ova Spin – Pradella power plant unit. As part of extending the service life of various mechanical engineering installations, the generator rotor lifting device, the generator brake, and the associated piping systems are renewed and/or overhauled. The scope of performance includes in particular: * Dismantling and proper disposal of the existing lifting devices, compressed air systems, pipelines, fittings and ancillary installations; * Overhaul of the existing lifting and braking cylinders; * Supply, installation and commissioning of new pipelines, fittings, compressed air system and sensors; * Replacement of the existing manual lifting pump; * Performance of the required functional and leak-tightness tests; * Preparation and handover of the overhaul, test and plant documentation. The work is to be carried out at the Pradella power plant and must be performed taking into account the operational requirements of the contracting authority.
