The client, the municipality of Barleben, plans the construction of a new doctors’ surgery building with 5 practices at Hansenstraße 42 in 39179 Barleben. In the attic storey there are also storage rooms for the tenants. The building consists of a ground floor, a first floor and a roof storey. It is not underpinned / has no basement. The building stands freely on the plot. The new construction will be carried out as a conventional masonry structure with reinforced concrete ceilings and a gabled roof. The roof will be executed as a traditional timber roof structure with tiled covering and thermal insulation. The bracing / stability of the building is ensured through wall and ceiling panels dimensioned adequately. The foundation is carried out by means of a reinforced concrete base slab with circumferential strip foundations / frost-protection footings. The construction site can be reached via Ernst-Thälmann-Straße and Hansenstraße. Site access roads are via the planned property access road located to the south-east.
