The client, the municipality of Barleben, plans the construction of a new medical practice building with 5 practices at Hansenstraße 42 in 39179 Barleben. On the attic floor there are also storage rooms for the tenants. The building comprises a ground floor, a first floor and an attic floor. It will not be built with a basement. The building stands freely on the plot. The new build will be constructed as a conventional load-bearing masonry structure with reinforced concrete floors and a pitched roof.
