The client, the municipality of Barleben, plans the construction of a new doctors' surgery building with 5 practices in Hansenstraße 42 in 39179 Barleben. On the roof storey there are also storage rooms for tenants. The building consists of a ground floor, an upper floor and a roof storey. It is not built with a basement. The building stands free on the plot. The new construction will be carried out as a conventional masonry building with reinforced concrete floors and a pitched roof.
