TENDER DESCRIPTION

The client, the municipality of Barleben, is planning the construction of a medical practice building with 5 practices at Hansenstraße 42 in 39179 Barleben. In the attic storey there are also storage rooms for the tenants. The building consists of one ground floor, one upper floor and one attic storey. It is not built with a basement. The building stands freely on the plot. The new build is constructed as a conventional masonry structure with reinforced concrete slabs and a pitched roof. The roof is constructed as a traditional timber structural system with tiled roof covering and thermal insulation. The lateral stability of the building is ensured by wall and ceiling panels sufficiently dimensioned. The foundations are carried out using a reinforced concrete base slab with circumferential strip foundations / frost skirts.
