TENDER DESCRIPTION

The client, the municipality of Barleben, plans the construction of a medical office building with 5 practices at Hansenstraße 42 in 39179 Barleben. In the attic storey there are also storage rooms for tenants. The building consists of one ground floor, one upper floor and a roof storey. The building is not underpinned. The building stands freely on the plot. The new build will be constructed as a conventional masonry structure with reinforced concrete floors and a gable roof. The roof will be executed as a traditional timber load-bearing structure with tiled roof covering and thermal insulation. The bracing of the building will be ensured by wall and ceiling panels dimensioned appropriately. The foundation is carried out using a reinforced concrete base slab with perimeter strip footings / frost footings. The construction site can be accessed via Ernst-Thälmann-Straße and Hansenstraße. Site access roads are via the future plot entrance located southeast. Storage and staff rooms are available only to a limited extent.
