Erecting, providing and dismantling 2 scaffold load towers, each with stair access and weather protection roof, of approx. 925 m² facade scaffolding with 3 stair access structures and roof edge catch scaffolding, of approx. 35 m³ suspended scaffolding in the lift shaft; supplying and installing approx. 217 m² KS wall masonry 17.5/24 cm, of approx. 55 m² HLZ wall masonry 24 cm as infill of the window reveals; forming and closing openings in existing walls from d= 30 cm to d= 75 cm; removing approx. 620 m² timber joist ceilings and replacing them with reinforced concrete ceilings on all floors; installing a reinforced concrete lift shaft in the building, approx. 2.0 x 2.2 m, approx. 13.6 m high; approx. 1,335 m² demolition and new plastering on existing interior walls; approx. 425 m² new plaster/plastering on new walls; supplying and installing approx. 374 m² FB build-up in the ground floor with infill and/or sub-base concrete, sealing, (impact sound) insulation and cement heated screed; of approx. 763 m² FB build-up on the upper floor/roof storey with (impact sound) insulation and cement heated screed; accompanying safety, removal and dismantling, demolition, sealing, carpentry,…
