Erecting, holding in readiness and dismantling 2 temporary scaffold tower units, each with stair access and weather-protective roof, of approx. 925 m² facade scaffolding with 3 flights of stairs and roof catch scaffolding, of approx. 35 m³ suspended scaffold in the lift shaft; supplying and installing approx. 217 m² KS masonry 17.5/24 cm, and approx. 55 m² HLZ masonry 24 cm as infill of the window reveal areas; forming openings in existing walls with d= 30 cm to d= 75 cm and closing them; removing approx. 620 m² timber beam ceilings and replacing them with reinforced concrete ceilings on all floors; installation of a reinforced concrete lift shaft in the building, approx. 2.0 x 2.2 m, approx. 13.6 m high; approx. 1,335 m² demolition and new plastering on existing interior walls; approx. 425 m² new plaster/plastering on new walls; supplying and installing approx. 374 m² FB build-up in the ground floor with infill and/or under-concrete, sealing, (impact sound) insulation and cement screed; supplying and installing approx. 763 m² FB build-up on the upper floor/attic floor with (impact sound) insulation and cement screed; accompanying safety, dismantling and reassembly, demolition,…
