The client, the municipality of Barleben, plans the construction of a doctors' center with 5 practices at Hansenstraße 42 in 39179 Barleben. In the attic store rooms for the tenants are also located. The building consists of a ground floor, a first floor and an attic. The building will not be constructed with a basement. The building stands free on the plot. The new build will be carried out as a conventional masonry construction with reinforced concrete slabs and a gable roof.
