Planning services for the structural upgrading of the technical rooms in the Rathauskeller town hall cellar and of the inner courtyard of the town hall. The Hanseatic City of Wismar, the Department of Building Construction, Services and Real Estate, Building Construction Division, is planning the renovation of the technical rooms in the Rathauskeller town hall cellar and, at the same time, a renovation of the inner courtyard of the town hall on the north side. In order to provide permanent protection for the historical wall murals, the air-conditioning system in the technical rooms will be replaced following these renovation works.
