The client, the municipality of Barleben, plans the construction of a medical practice building with 5 practices at Hansenstraße 42 in 39179 Barleben. In the attic, there are also storage rooms for the tenants. The building consists of a ground floor, an upper floor and a roof floor. It is not built with a basement. The building stands freely on the plot. The new build will be carried out as a conventional masonry construction with reinforced concrete slabs and a pitched roof.
